When signing our consent form, you are agreeing to release your esthetician or salon/spa Lux Beauty Esthetique’s (Lux Beauty Personal Care LLC) from all liability associated with your procedures. There are no guarantees for bonding time length of the eyelash extensions. There is no guarantee of results with facial treatments, hair removal, eyebrow tint and teeth whitening sessions. Your technician and the company are not responsible for any errors whether they are a result of the product or the esthetician. You are agreeing that you understand that you have been advised to follow all aftercare protocol for any service provided by your technician to avoid any discomfort or adverse side effects after your procedure is performed. When you consent to our terms and conditions you are also agreeing to being charged 50% of any service booked if there happens to be a no call/no show the day your appointment is booked. Please be advised that all policies are standard requirements, can be updated at any time, and you must agree to the terms before booking any appointment.
